Design your personal feedback forms for surveys and competitions. Several users can jointly and simultaneously fill in an interactive questionaire in discrete windows. Configurate various forms containing text boxes and selection lists. Data will be saved for analysis as a CSV file. The feedback app is ideally suited in addition to further apps e.g. an entry form to a competition after the successful completion of a quiz (QuizMe).

Compose individual forms with elements of your choice – from simple text boxes to selection lists, to multiline comments. Define required fields and optional information and group several elements into sections with individual headlines.
Intrographic + text
Introduce your questionaire with a descriptive graphic and text. This function is especially suitable for the presentation of competitions and potential prizes.
Data analysis
All user input will be saved in a CSV file, making it easy for display and analysis in most conventional spreadsheet software at a later date.
Email function
After a feedback form has been completed the evaluation could be send to an admin email address, additionally also to users who submitted an email address.
